【Notice/Accepting Reservations】The10th Nadaman Original Fair 『Hokuriku 4 prefecture Promotion』 ～23rd Oct – 30th Nov, 2024～
"Nadaman Original Prefecture Fair" is now celebrating its 10th edition. To mark this special occasion, the theme will be the "Hokuriku 4 Prefecture Promotion," featuring Niigata, Toyama, Ishikawa, and Fukui prefectures.
At each restaurant, a special course menu will be offered, supervised by Nadaman Executive Chef, Tetsuya Kamimura, featuring local ingredients and traditional dishes from these four prefectures. In addition, a selection of Japanese sake from the Hokuriku region will be available, allowing guests to enjoy pairings that complement the cuisine.
This event also serves as a recovery support initiative for the Hokuriku region, which suffered extensive damage from the "2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake." In addition to using locally sourced ingredients from the region, JPY100 from each meal course at the restaurant will be donated to Ishikawa Prefecture.
We hope you will enjoy the unique flavors of the four Hokuriku prefectures, paired with seasonal autumn ingredients and sake, while contributing to the region's recovery efforts.
